About us

Our history is rooted in Cancello ed Arnone in the province of Caserta, in the heart of Campania, a land that has always been synonymous with gastronomic excellence.

Over the years, we have been able to combine ancient craftsmanship with technological innovation, without ever losing sight of our goal: to bring the real Mozzarella di Bufala Campana PDO, the symbol of Made in Italy, to your tables.

With dedication, love of the land and respect for nature, we have become ambassadors of a tradition that has lasted for centuries.
1992

Aziende Agricole Associate was born from the union of three families who have turned generations of passion for buffalo breeding into an art of cheese-making.

2020

The Amodio family acquired the company and entrusted its management to Pasquale and Francesco, who reorganised its activities and harmonised them with market requirements.

2022

The first sales outlet is opened inside the production site, under the Palato Bufalino brand.

Our mozzarella, recognised with the PDO mark, preserves the authenticity of taste thanks to the exclusive use of natural ingredients and respect for traditional methods.
